In the latest list of "Lighthouse Factories" announced by the World Economic Forum, the world's first "Lighthouse Factory" certification in the wind power industry is located in the Sany Heavy Energy Blade Factory in Shaoshan, marking that China's wind power equipment manufacturing has reached the world's first-class level.

Under the current trend of large-scale wind turbines, the length of the blades has rapidly exceeded 100 meters. The strength must be high, the weight must be light, and the production deviation must be small. The strict requirements of materials and processes have increased the difficulty of the "smart manufacturing" transformation of blades. Through this digital platform, each key indicator such as temperature, humidity, blade grinding and flatness coefficient can be adjusted with one click, realizing the refined management of the entire production process without dead ends. Liao Xudong, deputy general manager of Sany Heavy Energy: We have pioneered the digital twin factory in the wind power industry, which is a one-to-one replica of the physical factory. For example, whether the light is on, how is the power level, and the location of each material, we can monitor it in real time through this twin platform. Reporter Xiang Xinghua: In the past, blade production was a labor-intensive process, and a large number of manual labor was required to complete the engineering pouring, grinding, and painting during the production process. Now, through the combination of robots and laser guidance technology, multiple processes have been automated, production efficiency has been improved, and quality has been guaranteed to be consistent. Peng Haibing, head of Sany Heavy Energy Shaoshan Blade Factory: The equipment behind me is the industry's first large-scale resin centralized pouring system. It makes our blade pouring as convenient and accurate as a car going to a gas station to refuel. The entire pouring system improves the pouring efficiency of automatic grinding, large-area automatic painting, automatic delivery of materials on demand, and unmanned distribution and other processes, which has raised production efficiency and quality control to an unprecedented level. Not only has the product defect been reduced by 20%, but the delivery time has also been shortened by more than 30%.
