Benchmark! Typical! Four projects of Sany were selected

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province released the list of benchmark projects for the digital transformation of Hunan's manufacturing industry in 2024 "Intelligent Empowerment of Ten Thousand Enterprises" and the list of typical application scenarios for new industrialization enabled by artificial intelligence. A total of four projects of Sany were selected, leading the digital and intelligent upgrade of the industry.

Among them, the Sany heavy-duty truck digital transformation and upgrading project is based on the multi-link process flow in the heavy-duty truck production process, deploys intelligent manufacturing equipment, and builds an automated production line based on the 5G+ industrial Internet technology platform. It applies modular technology to achieve flexible configuration of production lines and realize automated mixed-line production of multiple types of products. At the same time, it selects industry-leading intelligent production equipment in warehousing, logistics and other process links to greatly improve the flexibility, scalability and compatibility of production line equipment with multiple models, and realizes the demonstration application of digital transformation in R&D design, manufacturing equipment, production management, marketing and other links, creating an automated hybrid production line for intelligent networked heavy-duty trucks with an annual production capacity of 40,000 units.

The 5GWTOPCon solar cell industrialization project with an annual output has achieved significant improvements in production efficiency and product quality through intelligent manufacturing technology. For example, the smart factory has improved production speed and continuous operation capacity, reduced human intervention, shortened production cycle, and improved capacity utilization; the integration of quality inspection equipment and data analysis tools has realized real-time monitoring and precise control of the production process, effectively reduced the defective rate, and ensured the high quality and performance consistency of products; the implementation of the intelligent manufacturing system has optimized resource allocation, reduced waste, and reduced operating costs; the automated production line has brought about lower energy consumption, reduced labor costs, improved material turnover efficiency, and reduced inventory costs.

At the same time, the application of a series of key technologies such as automation, Internet of Things, big data analysis and intelligent production equipment has also created an equipment collaborative operation scenario for Sany Silicon Energy (Zhuzhou) Photovoltaic Battery Factory, realizing full-process intelligent operation from raw material processing to finished product assembly.
