At the same time, a batch of small port machinery and equipment were successfully shipped to large container ports in Vietnam.

Dagang Machinery joins hands with Vietnam National Shipping Group

In terms of Dagang Machinery, Sany Offshore Engineering joined hands with Vietnam National Shipping Group (VIMC) for the first time to introduce quay crane equipment into the port area.

As a large leading state-owned enterprise in Vietnam, VIMC Group has more than ten ports under its umbrella, accounting for 30% of Vietnam's total throughput. The successful delivery of the quay crane project in Vietnam is not only a major breakthrough for Sany Port Machinery in the Vietnamese port market, but also demonstrates the growing recognition of Chinese large port machinery brands by Vietnamese port customers.

Small port machinery goes to Vietnam's major ports

For small port machinery, a batch of reach stacker products have successfully arrived at one of Vietnam's large container ports and have been put into operation.

The model of the equipment shipped this time is SRSC45V, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and fast response. It adopts a new generation of hydraulic system, and the fuel consumption rate is 3% lower than that of the previous generation; the control response is ≤400ms; in addition, this series of products can be equipped with a variety of intelligent functions such as a 10-inch touch screen, dynamic anti-rollover protection, 360-degree intelligent human-machine safety, pipe network automatic fire extinguishing, and hoisting equipment anti-collision to ensure the safety and comfort of operation.

Since 2022, Sany Offshore has cooperated with this customer for three years. During this period, more than ten Sany reach stackers and forklifts have been operating stably in the port. After the introduction of Sany equipment, the port loading and unloading efficiency has increased by more than 20%. At present, Sany equipment accounts for nearly 50% of the terminal area. The significant improvement in efficiency and high-quality product quality have become the reason why customers plan to purchase Sany equipment in batches again. In the future, the proportion of Sany equipment in the Vietnamese port area will continue to rise.

Sany Offshore adheres to the belief that "quality changes the world" and is committed to helping global customers build high-standard modern ports. The successful delivery of two batches of equipment in the near future will further consolidate Sany Offshore's position in the Vietnamese port market and lay a solid foundation for Sany Offshore to deepen its presence in the Southeast Asian market.
