Recently, Sunward Intelligent successfully launched three independently developed P series electric boom aerial work platforms, including an electric articulated boom SWA22JE-P and two electric straight booms SWT22JE-P and SWT28JE-P. The three products are based on the new generation of electric boom series planning and P series technology platform. Following the successful launch of SWA18JE-P, the three new models were launched simultaneously. The three P series electric boom trucks launched this time not only lead the industry in terms of operating height and rated load, but also have the characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, low noise and zero emission, meeting the operation needs of customers in various construction scenarios, and are the main models of boom-type aerial work platforms. At the same time, the three P series electric boom trucks all adopt the family design concept, and the appearance is more concise and clear.

The SWA22JE-P electric articulated boom aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 22 meters, a maximum load of 360kg, a maximum working range of 12.28 meters, and is equipped with a 51.2V/375Ah large-capacity lithium battery.

The SWT22JE-P electric straight-arm aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 23 meters, a maximum load of 454kg, a maximum working range of 14.8 meters, and is equipped with a 51.2V/375Ah large-capacity lithium battery.

The SWT28JE-P electric straight-arm aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 28.2 meters, a maximum load of 454kg, a maximum working range of 19 meters, and is equipped with a 83.2V/460Ah large-capacity lithium battery and an optional 1.5h fast charging module.

The hydraulic system adopts pump control plus valve control intelligent control, intelligently adjusts the output pressure and flow according to the load demand, and matches the long-stroke electro-hydraulic proportional valve group, which can realize the proportional compound operation of multiple actions of the chassis and the vehicle, while improving work efficiency, ensuring smooth action without impact and good control experience.

Core electronic control, personalized customization

The controller, display and electronic control system independently developed by Shanhe Intelligent are adopted, and the control software and core hardware are designed in a series of unified designs, truly realizing "key core technologies are firmly in their own hands". At the same time, the electronic control system has a high degree of customization and is close to user needs. The system is equipped with power, fault information voice reminder, OTA upgrade function as standard, and 1.5h fast charging and vertical lifting function as optional.

The Shanhe Xiangyun Industrial Internet platform is standardly equipped. On the basis of fault query and working condition data monitoring, new functions such as battery information warning push and electronic fence are added to facilitate users to manage and monitor the equipment.

Reasonable layout, easy maintenance

Fully considering the maintainability of the product, the chassis has a sinking center of gravity design, and the core components such as lithium batteries, hydraulic oil tanks, working pumps, and AC motors are arranged under the vehicle, with a lower installation position and easy maintenance; the hydraulic main valve and ground control box are installed on both sides of the counterweight, which is safer and reduces the risk of collision damage; the turntable has no cover design, which is simple and elegant, reduces maintenance points, and the later maintenance cost of the product is lower.

Chairman Fu Xiangdong personally operated the equipment. The chassis travel, steering and vehicle rotation, lifting, amplitude change and extension can be operated simultaneously, and the overall movement is smooth and fluent.
