Recently, the Pingnan Bridge of the Pingrong Expressway, which is being built by Liugong OVM, is about to enter the cable hanging stage, which marks a major phased progress in the key control project of the Quanzhou to Rongxian Expressway (Pingnan to Rongxian section) project. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will further improve Guangxi's expressway network and promote the coordinated economic development of the eastern Guangxi region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region.

Pingnan Bridge is located in Pingnan County, Guigang City, spanning the Xunjiang River. It is the largest span cable-stayed bridge under construction in Guangxi. The bridge is 2,273 meters long. The main bridge adopts a steel box hybrid beam with a main span of 636 meters. The main tower is designed in an "H-shaped" curve shape. The tower is 180 meters high. The tower column is a hollow rectangular cross-section reinforced concrete structure with significant features such as large diameter, large volume concrete, and high cable tower. It is large in scale and exquisite in design. The entire bridge is designed with seven specifications and a total of 152 cable-stayed cables, the longest of which is 338 meters long. The maximum steel wire weight of a single cable is 24.5 tons.
