On August 24, 2024,  LiuGong Vietnam and its dealer Hai Au held the kick-off ceremony for 2024 Customer Service Campaign. 

This event is LiuGong's largest annual customer care initiative. Over three months, the LiuGong Vietnam service team will collaborate with Hai Au’s service team and sales personnel to provide free equipment inspection services to over 600 key customers across Vietnam. This initiative ensures equipment availability and optimal uptime, supporting customers' business growth and return on investment.
