On September 2, adhering to the core service concept of "everything for customers, creating customer value", the Sany Offshore 2024 Large Port Machinery Global Inspection Event was grandly held at the Sany Zhuhai Industrial Park. Mr. Fu Weizhong, Senior Vice President of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Offshore, Mr. Chen Jing, General Manager of Sany Offshore, and heads of marketing, service, R&D, quality assurance and other departments attended to witness the important moment together.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Fu Wei-Zhong emphasized that the R&D, quality assurance, service and other departments must have clear goals and work closely together. They must be "serious" during the inspection process, carefully discover customer pain points, actively collect customer suggestions, and solve user needs in a timely manner.

In the next three months, twelve groups of service engineers will jointly conduct R&D and quality assurance, visit more than 20 countries and regions around the world, and conduct comprehensive inspections of 600 large port machinery equipment around more than 100 inspection points such as trolley travel, trolley tracks, wire ropes, hoisting equipment, and electrical equipment to ensure that standard actions are 100% executed, faults are 100% resolved, and the equipment is guaranteed to operate stably and long-term. They will maintain the Sany service culture with the highest standards and improve customer satisfaction.

At the event, Mr. Chen Jing presented the departure flags to the leaders of the eight service teams who came to the scene. As Mr. Chen Jing issued the "departure" order, the whistle sounded, and all the service soldiers responded to the order and set off with flags raised!

Time bears witness to value, and service goes with you for thousands of miles. This is the 15th year of Sany's service journey, and the second year of Sany's special inspection of large port machinery. It is the true implementation of Sany Offshore's service mission of "using a paranoid attitude and exhausting all means to provide services to the extreme".
