On the morning of August 19, the first batch of LiuGong's over 100 super-large excavators was dispatched at the LiuGong Excavator Smart Factory. The long line of LiuGong's super-large excavators was sent to Inner Mongolia, injecting strong impetus into the local industrial development.

In order to ensure the smooth delivery of orders, LiuGong soldiers have a common desire, bravely fight the high temperature, and stick to the front line to ensure production; R&D personnel work day and night to develop more models and larger tonnage products to meet the diversified needs of the market; the marketing service project team is stationed at the project site for a long time, and responds to customer needs quickly with the "2137" quality principle. The equipment shipped this time is LiuGong 990F and 970EHD excavators, which will be used in open-pit coal mines in Inner Mongolia. In addition, the customer also purchased LiuGong super-large excavators such as LiuGong 995F and 9135F. Previously, the customer tried LiuGong equipment for a period of time and compared the loading volume and refueling volume of multiple brands. The reliability, attendance rate and fuel efficiency of LiuGong excavators were widely praised, and finally won the favor of customers.

The 990F excavator adopts LiuGong's sixth-generation product design language and the latest generation of fully electronically controlled hydraulic system technology. Through a series of exclusive creations and special technical upgrades, it has an 18.3% higher loading efficiency and 7.4% lower fuel consumption than products of the same tonnage. It has the main features of high efficiency and energy saving, strong and reliable, intelligent and comfortable, and is a veritable mining powerhouse. The 9135F excavator is LiuGong's largest excavator in mass production. It is particularly suitable for large-scale earthwork projects, mining customers, contractors, lessors and other excavation and loading operations. It is equipped with a 7.0~9.0m³ bucket and has higher operating efficiency. It is equipped with a large-displacement main pump and a large-diameter main valve, plus a carefully tuned fully electronically controlled hydraulic system, which has lower fuel consumption among excavators of the same tonnage. The heavy-duty structural design and components from well-known industry suppliers can create greater profits for customers in a sustainable and stable manner.

Inner Mongolia is rich in coal resources, with wide distribution, large reserves, shallow burial depth, easy development and a wide range of coal types. It is an important energy security base in my country. LiuGong's super-large excavators will be used in Inner Mongolia open-pit coal mines to perform efficiently and accurately, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of the local coal industry.
