Standards promote and lead the industry progress

On August 5, the "Earthmoving Machinery - Pure Electric Hydraulic Excavator for Plateau Tunnels" drafted by XCMG and the 7 national standards it participated in formulating were officially released, further demonstrating XCMG's determination and strength to embrace greening and promote the development of industry standardization.

In recent years, XCMG has won five National Science and Technology Progress Awards and three China Patent Gold Awards; it has more than 12,000 valid patents, including nearly 4,000 invention patents and more than 290 foreign patents, and major technological innovations have emerged one after another.

XCMG has always been committed to leading the industry with standards, and has undertaken two sustainable sub-committees for mobile cranes and earth-moving machinery; it is taking the lead in formulating action plans for standardization of four key industrial chains in Jiangsu Province, namely excavators, lifting machinery, road machinery, and emergency rescue; it has completed five international standards and is formulating and revising two, completed 219 national standards and is formulating and revising 40, completed 78 industry standards and is formulating and revising 37, and won one first prize each in the China and Jiangsu Province Standard Innovation Contribution Awards.
