SANY 2000-ton Crawler Crane Achieves Another Success!

Recently, at the site of the Guangxi Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration POSM project, the SCC20000A 2000-ton crawler crane of Sinopec Liujian successfully completed the hoisting task of the fourth super-large tower of the project, the C-0270 secondary concentration tower. So far, the equipment hoisting task of SCC20000A in the POSM project has been perfectly completed, and it will soon be transferred to the Guangxi Petrochemical Ethylene Project.
The C-0270 secondary concentration tower has a diameter of 10.4 meters, a height of 44.75 meters, a net weight of 601.2 tons, and a hoisting weight of 788 tons. It is the heaviest and largest tower in the POSM unit.
In 14 days, four super-large towers with a height of more than 80 meters were hoisted. In addition, the C-0360 deethanizer and C-0450 desorption tower were hoisted on July 7, two hoists in one day, which fully demonstrated the rich planning, organization, and on-site management experience of the Guangxi Petrochemical Refining Integration Project Team in large-scale hoisting.

SCC20000A completed the first hoisting task of the super-large tower of the project. The C-620 second crude styrene tower with a height of 83.65 meters, a diameter of 6 meters, and a single unit weight of 417 tons was successfully hoisted at one time, with a hoisting weight of 758 tons, which made a "first contribution" to the first hoisting of large and heavy equipment in the project.
June 30
The first crude styrene tower of the super-large tower C-0610 was smoothly put into place. The tower is 85.7 meters high, 5 meters in diameter, 366.7 tons in net weight, and 616 tons in hoisting weight.
July 3
The C-0370 C3 separation tower was installed in place in just 71 minutes, setting a record for the shortest installation time of super-large towers in the POSM project. It was the third super-large tower installed in the project department within 7 days. The tower has a diameter of 3.8 meters and a height of 81.5 meters. The SCC20000A working condition is a 120-meter super-strong boom main boom, an operating radius of 20 meters, and a lifting weight of 578 tons.

Completed the hoisting task of the fourth and final extra-large tower of the POSM project.
