SANY Helps the construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway!

June 28,2024

The Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway, as a high-speed railway connecting Guangzhou and Zhanjiang, two important cities in Guangdong Province, has attracted much attention since its planning. The entire route is expected to be 421.654 kilometers. It not only carries the heavy responsibility of upgrading the transportation network in Guangdong Province, but is also an important part of the development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Since the project started, it has maintained steady progress, but there are also many difficulties in the construction. Take the Zhanjiang North Station project as an example. It involves a variety of bridge types and has a complex structure. It is known as a bridge "museum". Among them, the main span 350m ballastless track steel-concrete hybrid combined beam cable-stayed bridge, 2x200m steel-concrete hybrid continuous rigid frame and other bridge types have put forward extremely high requirements on construction technology. This time, the new Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway station building and related engineering GZFJ-3 section (Zhanjiang North Station) project was able to select SANY concrete equipment to participate in the construction, which is undoubtedly the best affirmation of the quality of SANY equipment.

At the casting site of the 9/T axis short column in Area A of the station building, SANY pump trucks of different lengths, including 56 meters, 60 meters, 62 meters, 71 meters and 72 meters, participated in the project. With the product advantages of "World Pump King" such as high reliability, excellent energy saving, strong power and worry-free after-sales service, it has won unanimous recognition from customers and project parties.

Flexible material laying with no dead angles

For the complexity of the project construction environment, SANY pump trucks can easily achieve 360° full flat construction, breaking through the performance ceiling of concrete pump trucks, laying materials without dead angles, and making construction without dead angles.

The boom is more stable and faster

Equipped with a stepless pressure pumping system that breaks through industry technology, it uses a digital main valve, the number of reversing times is increased by 20%, and one more truck of material can be pumped per hour. It has stepless adjustment, is not easy to block the pipe, and achieves "how much you use, how much you take" intelligent energy-saving pumping. The boom has active suppression technology, and the end amplitude is less than 20 cm, which is super stable!

Optimized two-extension leg structure, smaller footprint

Good adaptability of equipment to the site is particularly important. The front legs of the SANY pump truck adopt a two-extension structure, which occupies a smaller area, breaking the technical limitations of traditional products. Compared with other brands, the site adaptability is more flexible and extensive, which can help customers take on jobs that others cannot take on, and the business scope is wider.

Intimate after-sales service, no worries

SANY 's one-stop maintenance and service, no worries for customers. One-click call, arrive within 24 hours, major project construction sites, SANY after-sales service specialists stationed throughout the process, to ensure that SANY equipment completes the construction in the best condition at any time.

The completion and opening of the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway will further improve China's high-speed railway network, improve transportation efficiency and service quality, and the development of the areas along the line will also usher in new opportunities and challenges. Let us look forward to the early opening of the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway and inject new vitality into the economic and social development of the areas along the line.
