SANY SY650H-S Excavator

Power system

Equipped with a SANY customized imported engine, rated power of 350kW, sufficient power reserve, and powerful power output to meet the high load requirements of mining operations.

Adopting DOC+DPF+SCR post-treatment technology, it has a high nitrogen oxide conversion rate, optimizes combustion, increases power and torque, greatly improves fuel economy, and makes emissions cleaner.

Hydraulic system

Equipped with SANY customized fully electric control main valve and main pump, heavy-duty P-Q power increase control, balanced fuel consumption on the basis of improving excavation efficiency, and strong excavation continuity. The electromagnetic proportional valve is integrated into one, with high flow distribution efficiency and smooth compound action.

The controller has a built-in rotation speed sensor to optimally control the pump flow during acceleration, reduce overflow flow during accelerated rotation, and reduce fuel consumption.

Intelligent

Equipped with a 10.4-inch smart display, integrated air conditioning, radio, Bluetooth, GPS and other functions, one-button start as standard, one-button operation to switch between forward and reverse hands, support fault detection and alarm, intelligent debugging and diagnosis, and a new one-button summoning function, which is safer and smarter.

Air conditioning upgrade

New air conditioning duct, optimized air outlet position, 10% higher cooling effect than the previous generation model, 30% larger condenser volume than the previous generation model, air conditioning can be cleaned on board, convenient maintenance.

The skeleton-reinforced cab has a 30% higher safety performance than the ordinary cab, equipped with an emergency stop switch, anti-slip cover, anti-gravel side door, etc., to further improve the safety of equipment mining operations.

Bucket upgrade

The standard 3.8m³ bucket is suitable for the harsh working environment of mines. Dynamic optimization intelligent control system

Adopting the "positive flow" system and SANY's independently developed "DOMCS" engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system, each gear and mode works in the engine's optimal fuel consumption area, with high efficiency and low consumption.

Strengthened undercarriage

Adopts SANY customized travel motor to provide strong driving torque; reinforced double-rib wear-resistant tracks, heavy-duty supporting wheels, fully protective track guards and integrated welded undercarriage to ensure the strength of the travel device in harsh environments.
